I worked with a professional footballer once. He was getting very nervous about shooting goals. He kept missing even though he was very talented. I insisted that he kept watching himself on TV scoring goals and burned that image into his consciousness. I didn’t want him thinking about anything else. Every time he had a negative thought he was to switch that picture, either on the TV or on the TV in his mind. And he was to surround the thought with positive emotions of love and respect for himself.
When I tell people that this is what it really means to believe in a law of attraction, they don't believe me. They say, that's ridiculous. We don't control everything in the universe. But you are a perfect example of the negative, blame the victim side of the LOA. I understand, appreciate, and respect that maintaining this perspective is consistent with your beliefs in the LOA. My personal belief is that this is not healthy for you, others with whom you connect, or for society in general.

And it largely depends on how people go about it anyway, and we all know how good people are at understanding "LoA"... just look at your own article HAHAHAHAHAHAH (it's pretty damn funny to be honest). Most are looking for shortcuts when they set goals. That's still "LoA" btw... when they don't achieve those goals.

There’s no doubt whatsoever, that when my daughter decides she’s going to be a princess, she doesn’t say she’s going to pretend to be a princess or to do princess things. She says, “I’m going to BE a princess,” and she does precisely that. She believes it with every fiber of her being. She’s a princess. You point to a chair or the table and say, “Is that a princess castle?” The answer is “Absolutely it’s a princess castle!”
I cannot praise this book enough. It is very well laid out, easy to understand, to the point and gets one started very quickly on bringing change to one's life. Of all the material I have read this book ranks highly with me and I did buy several more after buying the first book and experiencing rapid results. I wanted to give this great book to loved ones so they too could experience a better life - simply by means of the vibrational bubble.

Now that you understand what the Law of Attraction really is and how it works, let’s talk about the ways you can use it to improve your life. The Law of Attraction is a universal principle that is already working in your life. Start intentionally thinking and feeling what it is you want to attract into your life — such as money, love and relationships, health and spirituality — to make the Law of Attraction work for you.

Our example of a job offer is unlikely to materialize out of the blue unless you take action to enable the manifestation to occur. What? I initially purchased this book for my husband and it does offer some interesting reading material, just not really what I thought it would be after reading so many glowing reviews about the book. Clearly, one does have to be open-minded when reading this book, but also take it all with a grain of salt. It more reminds me of "The Secret" and all of it's hype when it was so popular. According to my understanding of the basic concepts of the book is that everything that happens or lack there of begins in our own minds. Yes, true, that "as so a man think, he becomes". The value of this book is in promoting the idea that you have more control over your life than you think. The mind is capable of a lot, including how your body lives, how you present yourself to other people, etc. When you have a positive train of thought, you will have better health, better prosperity and better life in general. That simply is true and cannot be denied. I think this book is a good stepping stone on where to begin, but is seems reminiscent of Napoleon Hill's, "Think and Grow Rich," or James Allen's, "As a Man Thinketh,". What the book doesn't tell you is that when negative things happen to you, your positive attitude can turn those things into far less tragic events. There are other books that will make this more clear.

13) Placebo Effect: Placebos are inactive, ineffective substances to which a positive effect has been attributed. The greater your expectations and beliefs that something will be effective, the greater chance it has of creating a positive response. The mind is a powerful tool. We can increase or decrease our heart rate and blood pressure through visualization. A few individuals using a LOA have a firm belief that it will work and so it does. People tend to have more success with the LOA for smaller items for which they did not make a vision board; finding money on the street, getting a check in the mail, hearing from a long lost friend, etc. Is a belief in a law of attraction any better than rubbing a rabbit’s foot, tossing a coin in the fountain, or pulling apart a wishbone? Test it yourself, the answer is no!

Another really great manifestation technique using the spoken word is that of a mantra. Similar to an affirmation, it’s something we can repeat over and over throughout the day. More like a chant, it’s catchier than an affirmation and the more we say it, the more we connect to it energetically. An affirmation allows us to state a truth about our desired reality, but a mantra to me feels so much more about what we are. It’s a great way to shift your reality and your truth very quickly. Remember, your truth is your reality and your reality is your truth.

wallace wattles is not god. just because a teacher of a subject says something dumb like don't help the poor ever doesn't mean the whole subject they teach is worthless. but it's true that if you surround yourself with low achieving struggling people it will effect you differently than the opposite and if you think about illness and victimhood most of the time it will effect you differently than health and power

Focus on understanding your part in this overall process, rather than feeling guilty or ashamed. Recognizing how your fears have manifested in your life does not mean that the bad things in your life are your fault. It simply means that the Law of Attraction has responded to the signal you sent out. Just acknowledge that the system works and your new awareness will guide you. No need to shame yourself or even feel responsible.

When you’re happy with your affirmation, write it down and repeat it at least twice a day – the first thing in the morning, and the last thing before you go to bed. Before you do, prepare your thoughts, so that you can feel what the words mean, and say them with a confident voice – they’re a prediction you’re making, and it’s already coming true, you’re only affirming it this moment.
I used to do a lot of work helping people to stop smoking. There are only 2 reasons people don’t stop smoking. One, because they don’t want to (often this is subconscious) Two, because they don’t believe it’s possible. Or they assume it will be incredibly difficult and painful, and they can’t do it without suffering forever. (Again, this is often subconscious and it is a flawed assumption).
Replace your worries with thoughts about how things could go right. Worrying can make you manifest what you're trying to avoid.[6] When worries happen, challenge them by questioning how likely they are to happen. Then, think about what has happened in the past when you worried. Next, consider how bad the worst case scenario would be if your worried thoughts actually happened. You'll likely realize it's not that big of a deal in the long-run.[7]
Once you achieve the Theta state of mind you are guided by the program to use various techniques such as “subliminal mind commands”. This technique helps you get rid of old patterns and adopt new positive patterns. For instance, you remove negative thoughts that tell you “I am unworthy” and take up new positive patterns that otherwise help you think that “I am powerful and unique. “I am a failure” is replaced by “I can accomplish anything”.

By the way, you can apply this magic formula to anything: Health, relationships, financial abundance, your business, your career. Even if you bounce from one to the other it’s fine. The universe doesn’t care. So long as you invest in yourself. So long as you’re improving SOME aspect of your inner or outer life every day by 1%, you’ll experience the magic results faster than you’d imagine possible.
A negative internal monologue puts focus on negative thoughts and will make them grow. The Law of Attraction asserts that whatever you give focus will grow, and an essential step in feeding positive thoughts is gratitude. When you feel yourself going toward the negative, think of specific things you are grateful for to reset your thought process in a positive manner.

Your actions in this world have more consequences than we can completely comprehend. What a person generally desires is a thing or a monetary result. This selfish touch may unconsciously lower our energy level. For example, say you want to buy a new house. If you only focus how other people may think about you when you own a new house, how to show off, etc. then it is less likely for the energy to flow and for the house becoming a reality. Instead see the bigger picture and truly feel what the new house can do to the world and you. The number of people who will get employment from constructing the building, the way you are your family will enjoy the new house, imaging the amazing feeling to be in the house, having a good time with friends, neighbours etc.
I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for the manifestation recordings that I downloaded about two weeks ago. Since listening to the recordings, a noticeable shift has occurred in my thinking. I do not get half as frustrated as I used to at work or at home. 9) Mindless: To invoke a LOA, you need to live continuously in an unreal future as you anticipate that it will be once you’ve achieved your goal and only visualize a successful outcome. This shows faith in the universe. Thinking about plans, actions, and challenges are discordant and negative so skip the process and focus on the result; live without regard to the present. This is the definition of mindlessness. Being fully aware of and attentive to the here and now is mindfulness and has been shown to produce powerful health and wellness benefits such as greater life satisfaction and happiness.
How can you tell when you’ve reached a level of belief regarding an attraction affirmation? You will feel positive emotion or resonance with what you are reading or reciting. When you use an affirmation that resonates positively, you are using a tool that will help you to manifest your desires quickly. Another reason why I’ve written about “how to write affirmations” is because it’s extremely important when using attraction affirmations to personalize them to yourself. While there is no harm in using an affirmation written by someone else IF it resonates or vibrates in a highly compatible way with you. I can think of nothing better to successfully manifest your desires, than writing an attraction affirmation yourself that specifically applies to your own very unique situation and perspective. If writing your own affirmations from scratch seems too difficult, feel free to tweak the content of pre-written affirmations to suit your own personal requirements.
And no, "But science is sooooooooo mysterious, we can't know for sure..." is not a legitimate argument. REAL science states that you DO NOT believe that something is true UNTIL it has been positively proven, NOT that you treat as if it is because "maybe." And no again, doing so is NOT "keeping an open mind" - keeping an open mind means accepting things for good reasons, not "just because." That's called "being a gullible sucker."
When you learn how to use the many powerful and practical tools associated with the Law of Attraction, you can start living and thinking in a more optimistic way that is specifically designed to attract even more positive events and experiences. Whatever you’re longing for, whatever your dreams and goals, the Law of Attraction can teach you valuable lessons that will bring you closer to your most treasured ambitions.
Of course hard work is great, but only if you are passionate, inspired and moving through your day-to-day tasks with a sense of excitement and expectation for positive results. If you are working hard but you feel miserable, resentful and cannot help but notice you are still broke the whole time. Well you’re not ever going to move into a rich mindset that promotes the flow of money. You have to move away from that habit that keeps you justifying why you don’t have the income you want, and think beyond it.
Energy orbiting is the key that helps one change the negative traumas, thoughts, and beliefs in the subconscious mind and conscious mind into positive ones. These are the negative aspects which are to blame for the chain of unfortunate events taking place in your life. Effective energy orbiting is done by reaching deep within yourself into your “Transformation zones”. Here you should control your mind so that it shifts from the Beta state characterized by wakefulness and activity into Theta state characterized by calmness and deep meditation or deep sleep.
- If I don't have much respect for my body and health or I'm stuck in the "fat" mentality, then I won't stick to a good diet. The key isn't to go from 0 to 100 (from eating fast food regularly to becoming vegetarian, for example). The mind cannot make such a huge switch in a short amount of time due to all the patterns one has developed over the years. Again, psychology 101. So simple yet so many get it wrong. There is no "perfect" diet. But when you have enough respect for your body, you would definitely have the motivation to stick to transition (
