For instance, you remove negative thoughts that tell you “I am unworthy” and take up new positive patterns that otherwise help you think that “I am powerful and unique. “I am a failure” is replaced by “I can accomplish anything”.

The Law of Attraction has been popularized in the early 21st century by books and films such as The Secret. This 2006 film and the subsequent book use interviews with New Thought authors and speakers to explain the principles of the proposed metaphysical law that one can attract anything that one thinks about consistently. Writing for the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, Mary Carmichael and Ben Radford wrote that "neither the film nor the book has any basis in scientific reality", and that its premise contains "an ugly flipside: if you have an accident or disease, it's your fault".
The Law of Attraction is a deep subject and you seem to only have a very superficial understanding of it paired with a closed mind. The reason most people aren't excellent at it is that most people have very deep seated beliefs about limits and have a lot of fearful thoughts that they pick up from society. Even babies pick up and mimic the negative moods of those around them.
You have probably made tons of these in your life: when you wake up in the morning, feeling good about yourself and the world around you, and you say: “Oh, it’s gonna be a wonderful day!” and it turns out to really be a wonderful day, because you’re feeling good, and everything around you looks pretty, you even influence others to help you having your wonderful day, because you’re smiling and you’re being positive. It’s the law of attraction in action – your positive thoughts about the looks and feels of that day have attracted other positive things and people to your life that day.
The awesome news is it will become pretty obvious when things start to shift for you – you’ll notice your circumstances don’t shake you like they used to (you’re able to find the positive in the not-so-fun times), you’re not as drawn to negativity (including people, gossip and TV shows that might make you feel unhappy), and it will start to be clear just how much you misfocused your energy in the past.
So we know energy is the basis of all matter. And energy is boundary-less and can spread throughout the entire universe. So perhaps you see the possibility that our thoughts – which are clearly energy – could interact with other energies in the universe. And if they do this, maybe they can affect the form in which energy comes into being (or manifests) as physical reality.
Have a clear intention. Conscious manifestation is all about intention. Intend that your vision happens at your will. Manifestation doesn’t require an effort but being focused on what you want. Intention gives a clear direction to your desire. By being focused, you say to the energy where it should go. Imagine that you’d like to start a yoga studio but your energy and focus would go on being on Facebook and chatting with your friends. While there is nothing inherently bad about that, the thing is that you lack energy that you need to support your dream. Every dream needs a certain amount of energy to manifest in a physical reality. This is where focus and intention play a major role.
