The law of attraction suggests that you can attract positive or negative things into your life through your thoughts and actions. It relies on the theory that everything is made up of energy, so the type of energy you put out will come back to you. If you’re ready to use the law of attraction to tell the universe what you want, start by creating a positive mindset. Then, take action toward your goals and confront your setbacks with a good attitude.
Remember that there is a difference between sending out a hope that something you'd like to happen will happen and putting in the appropriate effort or planning to ensure that something actually will happen. If you don't believe that something will happen, perhaps you're not willing to plan and work for it. You need a balance of both hope (to inspire) and effort (to achieve) for an outcome to be realized.
Well, that is because of missing ingredient called ‘belief’. If you believe 100% that what you want exists, it will come to you once you match the frequency of it. This frequency matching happens only with a quiet mind, which comes through meditation. The right blend of this meditation for calming the mind at a deep level, belief instillation is the specialty of Manifestation Magic.
Phrase your desires using positive terms. It’s important to avoid phrases that rely on negative words like “no” or “not” to state what you want, such as “I don’t want to lose my job.” Similarly, include the words for what you want to avoid attracting the wrong thing. For instance, “I don’t want to lose” sends out the word “lose,” while “I want to win” sends out the word “win.”[2]

MM teaches you to increase energy vibrations and move up your frequencies. Many people, with their negative thoughts, uncertainties, lack of self-belief and confidence prompt lower energy vibrations to have low frequencies of energy. Alexander Wilson notes that 95 percent of all people use low-frequency energies that attracts negative people, things and events into one’s life. Alternatively, the remaining 5 percent have mastered the art of harnessing high-frequency energy that brings positive things, events and people into one’s life.
3) No Action: The only way to manifest your thoughts into things is to believe and live as if you’ve already accomplished your goal. LOA guru Esther Hicks said, “You did not come into this environment to create through action.” Action shows the Universe that you know you don’t have it and that you doubt its ability to manifest it for you. While it is obvious to most that action is a necessary component of goal achievement, it is completely inconsistent with a belief in a LOA.
I AGREE with you when you invite people not to be fooled but, not to be fooled by just believing the first guy who introduces himself as an expert when it is obviously just leading you to pay 299 for a magical LOA course so to go deeper in the study of it before dismissing totally a life changing knowledge. Yours are valuable tools to but there is no need to be general and discriminate 100% something that you have not fully experience yourself.

10) Blame Yourself: As the LOA is supposed to be a perfect, universal law, positivity should ALWAYS attract more positivity. The corollary of this is that you alone are completely responsible for any goal that was not successfully achieved, no matter how unrealistic the goal. This assumes that you not only control your thoughts and actions, but also those of everyone around you…and nature. The fact is, that you don’t. Sorry to break that to you.
There's an old saying, perhaps you've heard it, "consider the source"? Do you not see the irony in your criticism of LOA, classifying it as a "pseudoscience", with your employer being PSYCHOLOGY TODAY? if I'm not mistaken, has the field of psychology itself, in It's infancy as well as today, not been debunked, by "actual science", referring to it also as "pseudoscience"?
We are what we attract, or so it says in this book. I initially purchased this book for my husband and it does offer some interesting reading material, just not really what I thought it would be after reading so many glowing reviews about the book. Clearly, one does have to be open-minded when reading this book, but also take it all with a grain of salt. It more reminds me of "The Secret" and all of it's hype when it was so popular. According to my understanding of the basic concepts of the book is that everything that happens or lack there of begins in our own minds. Yes, true, that "as so a man think, he becomes". The value of this book is in promoting the idea that you have more control over your life than you think. The mind is capable of a lot, including how your body lives, how you present yourself to other people, etc. When you have a positive train of thought, you will have better health, better prosperity and better life in general. That simply is true and cannot be denied. I think this book is a good stepping stone on where to begin, but is seems reminiscent of Napoleon Hill's, "Think and Grow Rich," or James Allen's, "As a Man Thinketh,". What the book doesn't tell you is that when negative things happen to you, your positive attitude can turn those things into far less tragic events. There are other books that will make this more clear.
The Law of Attraction is one of the better known universal laws. The theory behind the Law of Attraction is that we create our own realities. Not only do we attract things we want,  we also attract things we don't want. We attract the people in our lives, the stuff inside our homes, and the money in our bank accounts through our thoughts and feelings.

It’s important to avoid phrases that rely on negative words like “no” or “not” to state what you want, such as “I don’t want to lose my job.” Similarly, include the words for what you want to avoid attracting the wrong thing. And NOT EVERYTHING is your fault. As a psychologist, you should know that we have 65000 thoughts a day and most of them are not conscious. In that case how are you supposed to know that you were thinking so subconsciously? (SUBCONSCIOUS thoughts matter too!). In fact, LoA users use their subconscious mind as a great asset. The truth about the law of attraction is actually simple.
Although the theory behind the Law of Attraction is very simple, putting it into practice on a conscious level takes work. Negative and limiting belief systems are buried deep inside us. Changing or ridding yourself of ideas and old habits that defeat you at every turn is possible. Are you up to the challenge? Start by learning how to break the habit of attracting negatives.
A new paradigm of business and creativity is emerging collectively. One where lines blur between secular and sacred. Between the bottom line and you soul’s superpowers. Between your daily life and your big dreams. Between your extroverted drive to succeed and share, and your introverted need to slow down and be still, and to, above all else, know yourself, be true to yourself, and honor yourself.
The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the universe. Just like gravity, it is always in effect, always in motion. It is working in your life at this very moment. You are always in a state of creation. You are creating your reality in every moment of every day. You are creating your future with every single thought: either consciously or subconsciously. You can’t take a break from it and decide not to create because creation never stops.
It’s difficult to free yourself completely from doubt, fear or feeling as though you don’t deserve something. Your instinct might try to combat those feelings using negative thoughts like, “Don’t be afraid” or even direct conflicts like, “You deserve this.” Unfortunately, such methods are ineffective and simply don’t work because they reinforce negative thoughts and feelings.
If you’ve been part of the yes supply community for a while now you’ll know all about manifestation and the power of positive thoughts. If you’re new around here, manifesting is the idea that by filling your subconscious with thoughts and images of what you really want and by speaking positively about these things, you will bring them into your real life and manifest your yes.
Step 4 is important for two reasons. The first is that it aligns you with your desires. The entire concept behind the Law of Attraction is that like attracts like. When you take action as if you’ve already gotten what you desire, you are sending a huge, loud and clear message to the universe that you’re serious. Actions speak louder than words, right?
When you actually start to feel like a different person, no longer coming from that state of anxiety and lack – you are literally giving off the vibe of someone else and from that you will create a different life. You are now someone who acts, thinks and feels like a person to whom money comes easily and in large amounts. Believe it and you’ll see it.
"Marcella has obtained more positive results in my life for me than all other methods I have ever tried. I credit her with getting me out of depression and over overwhelm. Her intuitive and practical life experiences make her an outstanding life coach in coaching ones personal insights as well as giving one insight into the opposite sex and how we can better work together for a happier life.

I was once where you are so I totally get ya’. After suffering from a myriad of challenges from general anxiety about life to Lyme disease, endometriosis and every autoimmune disease under the sun, I ended up on a search for something deeper than a “fix”. I went to many alternative practitioners – but I couldn’t relate to a single one of them. As a very grounded-in-reality person, many were just too ‘woo woo’ for me and I couldn’t integrate their guidance into my very real-life, life. Then I found myself on an adventurous path of emotional healing — using energy therapy. Talk about ‘woo woo’ right? But with it, I learned. I unfolded. I let go.

I love Manifestation Magic book and also the author! The author teaches us how to connect ourselves with the universe to attract what we want. The exercises provided inside are quicker than other similar resources, and so much more efficient, makes me feel there is positive energy flowing around me. It worth every penny, you will not regret buying it.
Replace your worries with thoughts about how things could go right. Worrying can make you manifest what you're trying to avoid.[6] When worries happen, challenge them by questioning how likely they are to happen. Then, think about what has happened in the past when you worried. Next, consider how bad the worst case scenario would be if your worried thoughts actually happened. You'll likely realize it's not that big of a deal in the long-run.[7]

Andy Bailey, an Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) member in Nashville, is an author, CEO and head coach of business coaching firm Petra Coach who serves in an advisory role on the Gazelles Council, leaders of the Scale Up movement. We asked Andy how the law of attraction can impact business owners and their trajectory toward success. Here's what he shared:
You are describing how it is desirable to have the good and bad. Death is good. Aging is good. Disease is good. I don't necessarily disagree with your premise. However, these are not the things that people typically want or desire to fill their lives. When you talk about creation and destruction being natural phenomenon, I agree. But invoking the law of attraction should stop the destruction part if that's what I want to attract. This is irrespective of it being objectively good or bad.
The easiest way to become a vibrational match is to focus on creating positive emotions of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude throughout your day. Be like a kid who allows no impossibility to enter her manifesting realm. "Feeling" helps us release any doubt and negative energy. It generates excitement and positive feelings, which support us to take inspired action! So go test drive that car you want, or feel what it will be like to have the perfect partner in your life, because feeling is believing!
Visualization is one of the most essential tools in every leadership toolkit. To gain maximum benefit, you must make your visualization as realistic as possible. Athletes have been successfully using visualization for years in their training. A golfer may visualize the perfect chip shot or a basketball player the ideal process for making a free throw.

13) Placebo Effect: Placebos are inactive, ineffective substances to which a positive effect has been attributed. The greater your expectations and beliefs that something will be effective, the greater chance it has of creating a positive response. The mind is a powerful tool. We can increase or decrease our heart rate and blood pressure through visualization. A few individuals using a LOA have a firm belief that it will work and so it does. People tend to have more success with the LOA for smaller items for which they did not make a vision board; finding money on the street, getting a check in the mail, hearing from a long lost friend, etc. Is a belief in a law of attraction any better than rubbing a rabbit’s foot, tossing a coin in the fountain, or pulling apart a wishbone? Test it yourself, the answer is no!
Ever notice how travel magazines show a beautiful destination, maybe a white sand beach and azure blue sky? And, there is always a table and empty chair. Your mind is attracted to the empty chair. It wants you to be there. Goals are the same. The law of attraction is energised by the gap between here and there. So long as it is bridgeable (see tip 21).

Most of the times, we think we know exactly what we need to be happy, what we need to get rid of, what needs to happen and what shouldn’t happen. Sometimes we are right and sometimes we are wrong. You can look into your past or study any person’s past and realise that the big jumps in maturity, life satisfaction, gratitude etc. happen when things go drastically wrong and we realise there is more to life than the surface appearances and start enjoying life at a different level. This reminds me of a Dalai Lama’s quote, “Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck”. So answering the second question. No, you won’t always get what you want.

You claim that "positive thoughts always resulting in positive things" is not the basis of the LOA. In part you are correct. The foundational basis in science, as I alluded to in the article was that thought stuff particles travel through ether (not air) and interact with formless stuff to create whatever it is that you are thinking about. This was how "the law" started.

If you do not believe it is possible for your dream to be a part of your reality, you are energetically putting up a brick wall of resistance blocking all possibility that you can manifest what you desire. Expect your dream to manifest. Know that it is happening. Know that the Universe is working in your favor, even when it does not appear to be from your perspective. Trust and believe what you desire is coming to you.
