The law of attraction suggests that you can attract positive or negative things into your life through your thoughts and actions. It relies on the theory that everything is made up of energy, so the type of energy you put out will come back to you. If you’re ready to use the law of attraction to tell the universe what you want, start by creating a positive mindset. Then, take action toward your goals and confront your setbacks with a good attitude.
You will also want to keep your affirmations as short as possible. We talk too much as it is, and when it comes to affirmations we need as few words as possible. Potent words. Soulful words. Words that we can repeat with as much force of our wills as we can generate to stream a current of power into the belief we are creating. That way the Universe has to take notice and respond ASAP.
Although this final step might not look that significant at first glance, it can actually do a lot to shape your manifestation potential in the future. Basically, the key thought is that you need to fully appreciate what you have once you achieve your goal. It can be easy to forget that you asked for what you received, so take proactive steps to prevent this.
Instead I have been able to approach life in a different way. Learning to be thankful for the things I keep om receiving everyday, such as: The love of my kids, my friends, the overall experience in my journey and of course I have been throught bad ones and good ones. But all of those experience are an invaluable treasure to me. So dont assume everyone wants to attract the things you mentioned before.
How can you tell when you’ve reached a level of belief regarding an attraction affirmation? You will feel positive emotion or resonance with what you are reading or reciting. When you use an affirmation that resonates positively, you are using a tool that will help you to manifest your desires quickly. Another reason why I’ve written about “how to write affirmations” is because it’s extremely important when using attraction affirmations to personalize them to yourself. While there is no harm in using an affirmation written by someone else IF it resonates or vibrates in a highly compatible way with you. I can think of nothing better to successfully manifest your desires, than writing an attraction affirmation yourself that specifically applies to your own very unique situation and perspective. If writing your own affirmations from scratch seems too difficult, feel free to tweak the content of pre-written affirmations to suit your own personal requirements.

I am trained as a "hard science" PhD in Pharmacology and do understand scientific method. The LOA is not based on scientific method and the erroneous conclusions in metaphysics are based on incorrect scientific assumptions. These assumptions may have seemed reasonable in the 1800s that there was no air around us, only ether and that thoughts only transmit through ether. Perhaps this assumption is correct, however we are not surrounded by ether.

Unfortunately, a belief in a law of attraction does not allow for you to accomplish this.

I love ease :) The layout is straightforward, simple, all prompts and information are easy to understand and mimics Abraham’s voice. Thank you for your comments. Hard to be positive when talking about the LOA. It's focus on blaming is pervasive. I am a positive psychologist and have proposed a new way of looking at attraction called the Principle of Attraction. As a Principle, like tends to attract like. Positive thoughts, feelings, actions, and words often attracts positivity...but not always. It's not a law, it's a principle, based on positive and social psychology.
Absolute detachment. This step is one where most people stumble. We like to control things in our life because we’re afraid that if we wouldn’t control them then they would not happen. And this is exactly the reason why we need to let them go. If we’re attached to what we want and we obsess about having it NOW then we’re simultaneously saying that we don’t believe that we can have it. Which undermines principle number 4 — creating an unflappable belief. By letting go of when and how, you show that you believe that it is already yours. Because only he who is certain of the outcome can afford to wait.
