Think about the strengths and energies that make you unique. When you were a child you thought to yourself “Wow, I am ME. Nobody else is me or can feel the feelings I feel. They’re mine alone. If you do not believe it is possible for your dream to be a part of your reality, you are energetically putting up a brick wall of resistance blocking all possibility that you can manifest what you desire. Expect your dream to manifest. Know that it is happening. Know that the Universe is working in your favor, even when it does not appear to be from your perspective. Trust and believe what you desire is coming to you.
Things happen faster when you let go and be patient. If you keep worrying about it, you are thinking about lack. if you let go of it, there's no resistance. What's there to block you? I like the example of gravity that Supernova gave us about the plane notion. we can still fly planes despite gravity. Otherwise without gravity we would keep ascending into the depths of space! The same way, you can attract nothing despite LoA actually attracting it for you.. Adding to this, there is still the force of gravity acting on the plane but the net resultant force is upwards. The same way, you think the law of attraction won't work for you but in fact it's the law of attraction giving you the stuff that is needed in order to change your mindset that it will not work for you and hence go to the default issue that many people have. You have the thought that it doesn't work for you. However, if you change that mindsetby looking for proof that it does, you will see that the law of attraction helps you MUCH MUCH MORE.
This is such an amazing read that the book contains proven steps and strategies on how to create positive enery in life using affirmations based on Laws of attraction. There were 3 simple steps that has been provided; ask, believe and receive, and by following these it will surely help in manifestations flowing in. I like how enumerated examples were given for any reader to to truly understand what is being discussed and amazingly, 100 affirmations in most aspects of oneself and life has been provided and it really inspired me and gave me motivation in my life. What I did is to write each of them down and post it all over my room so that I will be reminded to use one affirmation for every situation I am in for a certain struggle I am encountering and it kept me boosted and push me up to keep going.
A desire for money is no bad thing! Remind yourself of this and allow yourself to feel worthy of the things that money can buy. Freedom, travel, more time, helping others, new fun experiences. It is important to remember that money is not evil. Money is part of life and wanting it does not make you a bad person or any less spiritual. When your desires come from a pure place of positivity, anything is possible.
Take it one step further and visualize traveling, working, and doing all the things that feel good to you. Pay attention to how you feel when you’re doing this shifting and visualizing. If something feels bad to visualize (even if it’s seemingly positive), find something else to focus on that invokes only positive emotion. Our hidden fears and agendas can sometimes bring up negative emotion so pay careful attention to this.

9) Mindless: To invoke a LOA, you need to live continuously in an unreal future as you anticipate that it will be once you’ve achieved your goal and only visualize a successful outcome. This shows faith in the universe. Thinking about plans, actions, and challenges are discordant and negative so skip the process and focus on the result; live without regard to the present. This is the definition of mindlessness. Being fully aware of and attentive to the here and now is mindfulness and has been shown to produce powerful health and wellness benefits such as greater life satisfaction and happiness.

When I tell people that this is what it really means to believe in a law of attraction, they don't believe me. They say, that's ridiculous. We don't control everything in the universe. This was a wonderful book. Sure there are a lot of typos but anyone who is serious about learning what exactly the "Law of Attraction" is & how to use it will get past that very quickly. The book was very informative & perfect for people who are new to the LOA concepts. I couldn't wait to recommend to family who I've been trying to get to understand what I've been doing to drastically change my life to a beautiful thing so quickly. The author may have made a few grammar mistakes but he definitely knows what he is talking about. He has the gift of sharing what he knows in a way that he's able to change peoples' lives. I wish everyone could see how it's possible to change everything you're not ok with in you're life & create the exact life that you want. He gives you all the tools you need to make that change. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK. GREAT JOB!
If you are new to the Law of Attraction, this book will be beneficial. You are better off reading the Masterkey which is more detailed and at least half the cost. If you are looking for new techniques like this book promised, you will be very disappointed. I also wish the author was more to the point instead of wasting pages telling you how great these techniques would be.
MM teaches you to increase energy vibrations and move up your frequencies. Many people, with their negative thoughts, uncertainties, lack of self-belief and confidence prompt lower energy vibrations to have low frequencies of energy. 13) Placebo Effect: Placebos are inactive, ineffective substances to which a positive effect has been attributed. The greater your expectations and beliefs that something will be effective, the greater chance it has of creating a positive response. The mind is a powerful tool. We can increase or decrease our heart rate and blood pressure through visualization. A few individuals using a LOA have a firm belief that it will work and so it does. People tend to have more success with the LOA for smaller items for which they did not make a vision board; finding money on the street, getting a check in the mail, hearing from a long lost friend, etc. Is a belief in a law of attraction any better than rubbing a rabbit’s foot, tossing a coin in the fountain, or pulling apart a wishbone? Test it yourself, the answer is no!


I cannot praise this book enough. It is very well laid out, easy to understand, to the point and gets one started very quickly on bringing change to one's life. Of all the material I have read this book ranks highly with me and I did buy several more after buying the first book and experiencing rapid results. I wanted to give this great book to loved ones so they too could experience a better life - simply by means of the vibrational bubble.
It's curious that people who believe in a LOA are critical of those who don't and believe them to be close-minded. I have presented a lot of new data such as the erroneous science and the data showing that acting as though you had already accomplished your goals was detrimental to you doing so. Yet, LOA proponents do not look at this with an open mind and reconsider their belief system. In this way LOA is akin to a faith-based religion, except that religious beliefs can't be disproven.
Step 2. Write down your desire. It might help to clarify it beforehand. For example, you may have a strong intention to find a job so write down, “My intention is to be offered the job I seek. The job title is XXXX. My pay grade is $XXX,XX. The location of my job is XXXX. My boss is amenable. My work colleagues are friendly and helpful.” You will write this anew every day, so keep it short.
If you’re practicing the technique on something bigger, this exercise may be tricky, but use your imagination. If you’re trying to lose weight, go out and buy an outfit that fits the size you’re aiming for. If you want a new car, go to a dealership and shop around. If you’re aiming for something as big as complete financial freedom, start planning what you’re going to do with all that free time and money.

I worked with a professional footballer once. He was getting very nervous about shooting goals. He kept missing even though he was very talented. I insisted that he kept watching himself on TV scoring goals and burned that image into his consciousness. I didn’t want him thinking about anything else.
