I am motivated and encouraged after reading this book. This book talks about the power of affirmation and how it can be manifested in your life in whatever situation or circumstance you are in. This is helpful especially for those who struggle and are at odds with life. It will also push you to have a positive outlook in life and exudes positive energy and positive vibes. The different affirmation statements given are beneficial and uplifting. They are so powerful that even as I am reading and trying to recite and repeat them, I could sense positive energy flowing in. Truly, positive affirmations bring positive effects in you! I recommend this book to everyone.
For example, you might catch yourself thinking, "I keep working so hard, but I don't seem to be getting anywhere." Stop yourself for a moment and think about why you're having this thought. Then, list the positive things you've experienced while working on this goal, such as learning new things or having new experiences. Finally, choose to see something positive in the situation. You might tell yourself, "I'm getting better over time, and I'm proud of my progress."
Step 1: Define what you want. Often we think we know what we want, but we can only define it by what we do not want. In the process of defining all the things we do not desire we end up shifting our energy and attention to manifest that rather than what we want. Where we place our attention is where the energy of manifestation goes to work. Clearly working at manifesting our dreams this way will not be productive.
You claim that "positive thoughts always resulting in positive things" is not the basis of the LOA. In part you are correct. The foundational basis in science, as I alluded to in the article was that thought stuff particles travel through ether (not air) and interact with formless stuff to create whatever it is that you are thinking about. This was how "the law" started.
A negative internal monologue puts focus on negative thoughts and will make them grow. The Law of Attraction asserts that whatever you give focus will grow, and an essential step in feeding positive thoughts is gratitude. When you feel yourself going toward the negative, think of specific things you are grateful for to reset your thought process in a positive manner.
The law of attraction is not a magic wand. Because the brain preferentially scans and stores negative experiences, we have to consciously, habitually build the positive mental muscle. We all have layers and layers of stories, limiting beliefs, fears and blocks that have become the interior landscape of our minds and cannot be changed overnight just by thinking positive thoughts.
If you want things in your life to get better, focus on the solution, not on the problem. Your thoughts generate the action you take in your life. If your thoughts are soaked in negativity, your action can't be resourceful. Instead of focusing on the elimination of a problem, focus on what you can create instead. Replace worrying with the projection of positive images.
Prepare yourself to experience the great side of learning the law of attraction. This book contains proven steps and strategies on how to create positive energy. In short likes attract like. I can say that my attitude is somehow the same of what law attraction is being explained. I am a positive thinker and it helps me to boost my self and to enhance my performance. I am enjoying and getting more ideas by reading this book. It's also a great guide to choose the right path in your future. I can say that it's really helped me a lot.
Of course hard work is great, but only if you are passionate, inspired and moving through your day-to-day tasks with a sense of excitement and expectation for positive results. If you are working hard but you feel miserable, resentful and cannot help but notice you are still broke the whole time. Well you’re not ever going to move into a rich mindset that promotes the flow of money. You have to move away from that habit that keeps you justifying why you don’t have the income you want, and think beyond it.
Have a vision. You need to know exactly where you wish to go. There is no way around this first step. It’s like going for a trip somewhere not knowing exactly where. You might end up in your neighborhood wondering why you aren’t some better place. Well, you just wanted to get somewhere else, without a clear vision and that is what you’ve got — you’re somewhere else. Once you know that you’re heading to Hawaii, you know which plane to take. It works exactly the same with anything in your life. Once you have a direction, your mind will align your actions towards your goal.
