Michael Losier is the best on the law of attraction issue. He teaches one exactly how to master the art of "believe". It is easy to tell people that the law of attraction works; however, the LOA works if one firmly believes in receiving something specific. Now what if one can not convince oneself to deeply believe? Michael has a whole chapter on how one can realistically think ones desire into reality.

Most of the times, we think we know exactly what we need to be happy, what we need to get rid of, what needs to happen and what shouldn’t happen. Sometimes we are right and sometimes we are wrong. You can look into your past or study any person’s past and realise that the big jumps in maturity, life satisfaction, gratitude etc. happen when things go drastically wrong and we realise there is more to life than the surface appearances and start enjoying life at a different level. This reminds me of a Dalai Lama’s quote, “Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck”. So answering the second question. No, you won’t always get what you want.

The Law of Attraction--the belief that positive thoughts attract positive outcomes while negativity begets negative outcomes--has gotten a lot of attention in recent years. Some people don't believe it exists, while others swear by its effectiveness. Whichever camp you're in, there are lessons business leaders can learn from its core message. And, these lessons can help you in both your personal and professional life.
Is there Heaven on earth? If you can fill your day with thoughts and images that raise pleasurable emotions; your relationships, daily interactions, environment, and life will improve. Wouldn’t you rather face positive and pleasant experiences than to focus and dwell in negativity? What have you to lose, except the bitterness within yourself and the world?!
There's an old saying, perhaps you've heard it, "consider the source"? Do you not see the irony in your criticism of LOA, classifying it as a "pseudoscience", with your employer being PSYCHOLOGY TODAY? if I'm not mistaken, has the field of psychology itself, in It's infancy as well as today, not been debunked, by "actual science", referring to it also as "pseudoscience"?
Another really great manifestation technique using the spoken word is that of a mantra. Similar to an affirmation, it’s something we can repeat over and over throughout the day. More like a chant, it’s catchier than an affirmation and the more we say it, the more we connect to it energetically. An affirmation allows us to state a truth about our desired reality, but a mantra to me feels so much more about what we are. It’s a great way to shift your reality and your truth very quickly. Remember, your truth is your reality and your reality is your truth.
However, many people have benefited from this program and have achieved good results. Because this Manifestation Magic program was created by trusted employees, you can certainly use it for such a small investment. If you have not yet worked with energy blocks or the subconscious using another program, you will surely see quick results with these audio clips. I used to do a lot of work helping people to stop smoking. There are only 2 reasons people don’t stop smoking. One, because they don’t want to (often this is subconscious) Two, because they don’t believe it’s possible. Or they assume it will be incredibly difficult and painful, and they can’t do it without suffering forever. (Again, this is often subconscious and it is a flawed assumption).

When you’re happy with your affirmation, write it down and repeat it at least twice a day – the first thing in the morning, and the last thing before you go to bed. Before you do, prepare your thoughts, so that you can feel what the words mean, and say them with a confident voice – they’re a prediction you’re making, and it’s already coming true, you’re only affirming it this moment.
The technique works because you are using the power of intention to change the energy within and around you. Our example of a job offer is unlikely to materialize out of the blue unless you take action to enable the manifestation to occur. What? You thought the wish would simply materialize while you sat on the sofa? Sorry, you have to do some additional work.
This is such an amazing read that the book contains proven steps and strategies on how to create positive enery in life using affirmations based on Laws of attraction. There were 3 simple steps that has been provided; ask, believe and receive, and by following these it will surely help in manifestations flowing in. I like how enumerated examples were given for any reader to to truly understand what is being discussed and amazingly, 100 affirmations in most aspects of oneself and life has been provided and it really inspired me and gave me motivation in my life. What I did is to write each of them down and post it all over my room so that I will be reminded to use one affirmation for every situation I am in for a certain struggle I am encountering and it kept me boosted and push me up to keep going.
The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the universe. Just like gravity, it is always in effect, always in motion. It is working in your life at this very moment. You are always in a state of creation. You are creating your reality in every moment of every day. You are creating your future with every single thought: either consciously or subconsciously. You can’t take a break from it and decide not to create because creation never stops.
This is not about blame. I truly believe it’s our job to do what we can to hold a positive vibration, BUT we live in a big ol’ Universe that’s always conspiring for us too. Timing is divine and sometimes things are just doing what they need to do because of something we can’t see. It’s important to not blame ourselves when things don’t happen like we intend, but instead to just keep on doing what we can and know it’s all working out for the greater good.
Take it one step further and visualize traveling, working, and doing all the things that feel good to you. Pay attention to how you feel when you’re doing this shifting and visualizing. If something feels bad to visualize (even if it’s seemingly positive), find something else to focus on that invokes only positive emotion. Our hidden fears and agendas can sometimes bring up negative emotion so pay careful attention to this.
Manifestation's origins are in religion and spirituality because if something spiritual becomes real, it is said to be a manifestation. The word's usage has spread to include all aspects of life. "The submarine is a manifestation of da Vinci's sketches." "The crowd's cheering hysteria was the manifestation of years of allegiance to the now victorious soccer league."
