When you’re happy with your affirmation, write it down and repeat it at least twice a day – the first thing in the morning, and the last thing before you go to bed. Before you do, prepare your thoughts, so that you can feel what the words mean, and say them with a confident voice – they’re a prediction you’re making, and it’s already coming true, you’re only affirming it this moment.

In, The Art of True Healing: A Treatise on the Mechanism of Prayer and the Operation of the Law of Attraction in Nature (1937), he taught a focused meditation technique to help the mind to learn to heal itself on a physical and spiritual level. Regardie claimed that the Law of Attraction was a valid method for attracting good physical health and for improvement in any aspect of one's life.[62]

Acceptance. The next principle of conscious manifestation is acceptance. I don’t mean giving up or attitude saying ‘whatever’. What I’m talking here about is acceptance of your new belief and that it’s true for yourself and you can have it. Just accept that it’s already yours. Don’t focus on reasons why it shouldn’t work out, instead surrender yourself to your desire and fully accept it in your life. Accept that this is what you want and that you want to have it.
