5) No Date: When you live as if you have already accomplished your goals, there is no reason to establish deadlines or timelines. As Secret author Rhonda Byrne stated, “It takes no time for the Universe to manifest what you want.” While goal setting research supports the importance of establishing timelines to achieve success, LOA experts assert that it would be inappropriate to set a deadline for the universe to achieve your goal.

Or, like most people who claim to have found the way to manifest things through the LOA, is it that you truly don't want big things, new things, nice cars, paid off mansions, kids' schools paid for, permanent paid vacations, etc. If you wanted them, you know you could manifest them, you are just not that interested in those things right now. That's the typical response.
I purchased this book by accident, and instead of requesting a cancellation I decided to read it, on the off-chance it was meant for me to read, and it was. Let's just say I enjoyed the book very much. I read a lot of books on the subject of LOA and this writer got to the point and better explained how everything works. It was worth the price I paid.
Michael Losier is the best on the law of attraction issue. He teaches one exactly how to master the art of "believe". It is easy to tell people that the law of attraction works; however, the LOA works if one firmly believes in receiving something specific. Now what if one can not convince oneself to deeply believe? Michael has a whole chapter on how one can realistically think ones desire into reality.

When I got so sick of being on top of everything that I stopped caring enough to obsess over each disease and symptom I had, stopped taking all my supplements, and stopped doing what felt good to my doctor, but bad for me…I started to attract actual solutions that could help me heal. (Note: Please do not stop taking your doctor’s advice. I am simply sharing my own experience). It was simply because I stopped making my whole life about “illness” and “problems.”

As we grow up we make mistakes, we accumulate a lot of guilty and we feel we don’t deserve love, success, money etc. Be aware of your mental conditioning, you will realise the patterns that are pulling you down. Drink the nectar of awareness that comes through meditation practices, and the joy will know no bounds. Your fears cease, confidence rises, your state of mind and intentions are of high quality and so are your actions.
As a mind-reader, you should try to ATTRACT a different job, since in no way do I have any anger towards anyone with erroneous beliefs. I do feel sorry for you, but this is not anger. This is a free country and free society and you are free to believe anything you desire and free to waste your time as you see fit. You can smoke cigarettes as well. They will harm you and that is your choice. Same as a belief in a LOA.
Another really great manifestation technique using the spoken word is that of a mantra. Similar to an affirmation, it’s something we can repeat over and over throughout the day. More like a chant, it’s catchier than an affirmation and the more we say it, the more we connect to it energetically. An affirmation allows us to state a truth about our desired reality, but a mantra to me feels so much more about what we are. It’s a great way to shift your reality and your truth very quickly. Remember, your truth is your reality and your reality is your truth.

Law of Attraction Affirmations can take the form of internal thoughts or spoken words, but they can also be represented visually. Regardless of how you choose to use them, you can design them to reflect your vision of how you want your life to change. For example, many people have great success speaking affirming words into the mirror before going to work, or stating “today is going to be a great day” to infuse themselves with positivity upon waking. When used frequently enough, affirmations can enhance your use of the Law of Attraction by helping to reshape the core beliefs and assumptions that may be holding you back. They promote consistency, optimism and intense focus on the future you want to create.
Your actions in this world have more consequences than we can completely comprehend. What a person generally desires is a thing or a monetary result. This selfish touch may unconsciously lower our energy level. For example, say you want to buy a new house. If you only focus how other people may think about you when you own a new house, how to show off, etc. then it is less likely for the energy to flow and for the house becoming a reality. Instead see the bigger picture and truly feel what the new house can do to the world and you. The number of people who will get employment from constructing the building, the way you are your family will enjoy the new house, imaging the amazing feeling to be in the house, having a good time with friends, neighbours etc.
The awesome news is it will become pretty obvious when things start to shift for you – you’ll notice your circumstances don’t shake you like they used to (you’re able to find the positive in the not-so-fun times), you’re not as drawn to negativity (including people, gossip and TV shows that might make you feel unhappy), and it will start to be clear just how much you misfocused your energy in the past.

You may be perfectly healthy and yet stressful situations come up all the time… Your boss overworks you all day, your work colleagues look down on you, your marriage is not working, your kids do not respect you, you aren’t getting along with your family members, you are stuck in traffic on the one day you need to get somewhere on time, you miss a lifetime opportunity, your career is plummeting, … the list of stressful situations we encounter on a daily basis is endless.

Example: “I don’t want this pain. I can’t stand this pain” changes to “I want to feel good in my body. I want to be able to walk easily and freely.” Do not use any negative words when you shift your talk, because whatever you focus on, grows. And you are trying to grow the positive, which is what you do want. If you focus on “I don’t want to feel this way,” you are giving your focus to feeling that way and attracting that very thing.


There is no right or wrong answer to when is the best time to use affirmations. Most people prefer to use affirmations in the afternoon or evening, however, there is apparently a far greater benefit from using them in the morning. The main reason is that if you use your affirmations in the morning, you are effectively setting your day up by starting out in a positive frame of mind. Plus, saying powerful affirmations when you wake up can help you shake off any negativity from dreams or block your brain from filling up with any problems or difficulties you may be facing.

Phrase your desires using positive terms. It’s important to avoid phrases that rely on negative words like “no” or “not” to state what you want, such as “I don’t want to lose my job.” Similarly, include the words for what you want to avoid attracting the wrong thing. For instance, “I don’t want to lose” sends out the word “lose,” while “I want to win” sends out the word “win.”[2]
Others have questioned the references to modern scientific theory, and have maintained, for example, that the Law of Attraction misrepresents the electrical activity of brainwaves.[49] Victor Stenger and Leon Lederman are critical of attempts to use quantum mysticism to bridge any unexplained or seemingly implausible effects, believing these to be traits of modern pseudoscience.[50][8][9]
This one is the best. I like how this book talks very little theory and goes straight into practical suggestions how to change your mind to more positive, because positive mind attracts positive things. Love that there are tips and tricks for every person from those who are looking for a job to divorcees or even to pregnant women. And what I liked the most it's even if you are not the type of person they are writing about you can still easily incorporate that thinking even in your life. It is all connected. Overall really great book, can't ask for more.

The fact that we build evidence to support our beliefs is not evidence that a law of attraction exists. Why do innocent babies attract negativity that causes them to be in the ICU with fatal illnesses? Why do happy children get hit by cars or murdered by terrorists? Why do people who cheat and lie and abuse others, sometimes prosper and become leaders in society? If we are using anecdotal evidence to support claims, I will have plenty of examples.

Think of it as a radio signal. As you scan through the radio, in-between stations fight for a signal. Most people are pretty familiar with this experience. The two stations compete and occasionally you’ll hear one song and then parts of a different song start to edge in. You’ll notice that neither station comes in perfectly crisp and clear. In the same manner, when you experience doubt or fear, those thoughts and feelings interrupt and compete with your desires.
So why bother with the manifestation technique in the first place? Because it is a way to open the door to possibility. To focus your energy on creating the circumstances to bring the desired outcome. To state your intention to the universe so that it can bring it to you. Because taking action on your desire will became a magical adventure. Each day will bring new opportunities, new ideas, new possibilities to take inspired action.
4) No Plan: If the best way for me to achieve my goals is to live as if I’ve already achieved them, then there is no reason to make further plans to do so! Making plans shows the universe that you doubt its ability and lack faith. Doubt is negative and you will then attract more negative and not get your desired item. In the book The Secret, Jack Canfield proposed, “Our job is not to figure out the how.” “…trust that the Universe will figure out how to manifest it.” Studies show that this way of thinking results in greater short term satisfaction, but less motivation and lower chance of achieving goals. Curious that Jack Canfield’s website sells a program to teach you how to make an “Action Plan.”
The Law of Attraction is one of life’s biggest mysteries. Very few people are fully aware of how much of an impact the Law of Attraction has on their day to day life. Whether we are doing it knowingly or unknowingly, every second of our existence, we are acting as human magnets sending out our thoughts and emotions and attracting back more of what we have put out.
I decided that that goal was to make $100,000 that year. I created an image of a $100,000 dollar bill and hung it on the ceiling above my bed. Every morning I’d see the image. I’d visualize what it would be like to have $100,000. Everything I did was to achieve that goal. At the end of the year, I had made $97,000. This would never have been possible without the Law of Attraction, these visualization techniques and meditation.  
Maintaining a meager mindset will compromise a well-being. Otherwise, when we expand our mind with limitless possibilities those brick blocks begin to break down. Embrace believing anything is possible, the sky is the limit. In fact, you can break through that glass roof on the sky with your miraculous positive thoughts. Sadly, whenever we focus on the "lack of" we are creating a less-than reality. When we choose to monitor negative thoughts and switch our focus on being abundant and happy we will enjoy a luxurious and glorious reality.
When you protect yourself from disappointment, loneliness, heartache and failure, you often deny yourself the thing that you want the most. You swap risk for unhappiness. If you’re searching for love, for instance, you need to allow yourself to go on the journey. Someone out there is searching for you just as desperately as you’re searching for them. Maybe you already know them? Maybe they’re about to walk into your life (through the power of the law of attraction) just as soon as you make yourself energetically ready for them?
Try starting with small changes over time so that you don’t feel so overwhelmed and then give up. Life is here to help us grow, improve, learn, experience and most of all love. Accept each little moment for what it is and then move on to the next. Really your first goal might be to move the barometer from negative to positive. Have faith in yourself!
Step 4 is important for two reasons. The first is that it aligns you with your desires. The entire concept behind the Law of Attraction is that like attracts like. When you take action as if you’ve already gotten what you desire, you are sending a huge, loud and clear message to the universe that you’re serious. Actions speak louder than words, right?
Now that you understand what the Law of Attraction really is and how it works, let’s talk about the ways you can use it to improve your life. The Law of Attraction is a universal principle that is already working in your life. Start intentionally thinking and feeling what it is you want to attract into your life — such as money, love and relationships, health and spirituality — to make the Law of Attraction work for you.
