Learning this was a lightbulb moment for me! I love this principle of the Law of Attraction. Some people refer to this “inner being” as your “higher self,” “soul,” or “core.” This is the part of you that only wants you to experience joy and love and not experience feeling bad, seeing yourself as unworthy or unlovable and other negative beliefs and emotions we can tend to dive right in to. The teachings of Abraham say that your emotions are indicators of either a “match” or “mismatch” in what you are thinking/feeling and what your inner being is wanting. When you become out of alignment with what your inner being wants, you feel this as negative emotion. You are essentially feeling the separation of yourself from you inner being/knowing.
But in truth, there is no alternative to testing the universe in this way and it’s not an arrogant thing to do – the universe isn’t prissy about such matters, and seems to be quite happy to cooperate with you by allowing the Law of Attraction to operate in your favour when you enter into these experiments in a state of clear intention and positive expectation.
The law of attraction is the name given to the maxim “like attracts like” which in New Thought philosophy is used to sum up the idea that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life. This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from “pure energy”, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy.
I have known of the Law Of Attraction (LOA) for many years, and first went to hear Abraham in the early 1980s, but I considered the LOA too simple a formula, too cute, to be all that Abraham says. But, after another 35 years of spiritual study, I found myself once again back at the LOA. Only this time with a realization: the LOA is the gravity of the Universe. Perhaps not in a purely physical sense, but by analogy, it is exactly that
Over the last few years we have been bombarded with information about how to manifest money or how to make a wish come true merely by thinking about it. And some of those ideas work – some of the time. We briefly covered five techniques in a previous article, “How to Attract Money”. Today we’re going to combine those techniques, and more, in a powerful manifestation technique that you can carry out once a day, and which will produce tangible results if you are open to receiving them.
The easiest way to become a vibrational match is to focus on creating positive emotions of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude throughout your day. You can also practice feeling the emotions you would be experiencing if you already had what you wanted. You can also create these emotions through the thoughts that you think. In fact, your thoughts are creating feelings all the time, so it’s important to catch yourself when your emotions turn negative and turn them to positive emotions.
The most challenging part of acknowledging and accepting the truth of what the Law of Attraction has to offer is coming to the realization that every single one of your decisions in life, good and bad, have been shaped by you alone. For many, this can be a bitter pill to swallow, especially if you feel that you or your loved ones have been dealt some particularly hard blows in life.
9) Mindless: To invoke a LOA, you need to live continuously in an unreal future as you anticipate that it will be once you’ve achieved your goal and only visualize a successful outcome. This shows faith in the universe. Thinking about plans, actions, and challenges are discordant and negative so skip the process and focus on the result; live without regard to the present. This is the definition of mindlessness. Being fully aware of and attentive to the here and now is mindfulness and has been shown to produce powerful health and wellness benefits such as greater life satisfaction and happiness.
There are certain steps each of us can consciously take to facilitate the manifestation of our goals and dreams. By intentionally applying these steps we can not only bring the things we have imagined into our present experience but also potentially speed up the process up to a degree. By consciously applying the following steps and being aware of what we are manifesting what we experience in our lives changes to more closely resemble our desires.
You may not remember my husband and me from our visit this past May, but afterward I came away with such an uplifted feeling of hope and happiness that I am compelled to write to you and tell you thank-you. You were able to give my husband and myself the chance to talk with our son in spirit and in a manor of speaking – able to say goodbye, let go of the great sadness and to know that our son is in the rapture of angels.
Step 2: Believe it is possible. You must know in your deepest soul that it is possible for the thing you desire to be in your life. Miracles happen every day. Often things we never could have imagined were possible come together in the most unpredictable way. Just because something does not appear likely from your current vantage point does not mean that it is not possible. Believe in the possibility that what you desire could be in your life. The stronger your belief the less resistance you create. By reducing the resistance it is easier for the energy of what you do desire to materialize in your life.
11) Blame the Victim: The only reason that anything bad could ever happen to you is because you were thinking bad thoughts. If someone rear-ends you in a car – 100% your fault. If you get breast cancer – 100% your fault (not genetics). If you get raped or abused – 100% your fault. Children getting killed by terrorists, sick babies in the intensive care unit, victims of floods, hurricanes, natural disasters, the Holocaust – yes, their fault. We all know deep inside that this is ridiculous to even suggest. However, it is a basic, fundamental premise of the LOA. You NEVER attract something you are not thinking about. When anything bad happens to anyone, they are to blame. Don’t feel sorry for anyone who has cancer or a disease or starving children in poverty, they brought it on themselves. What causes obesity? Slow metabolism? No, fat thoughts. From LOA experts, “Disease cannot live in a body that’s in a healthy emotional state.” (Bob Proctor). “You cannot catch anything unless you think you can, and thinking you can is inviting it to you with your thought.” (From The Secret). “Good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results; bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results. Suffering is always the effect of wrong thought in some direction.” (James Allen). “If man will think only thoughts of perfect health, he can cause within himself the functioning of perfect health…” (Wallace Wattles). “Every individual creates every aspect of their experiences – we are in complete control of our health throughout our entire lives. There are no accidents.” (Esther Hicks).
It is also important to write your affirmation in present tense. Use words such as “Is” “I am becoming” “I am” “I have” rather than words such as “I will be” “I am going to be,” etc. There is great creative power in the present moment and by stating your attraction affirmation with wording that alludes to future success, you’re missing out on this.
This is the most “yin” or “feminine” stage of creation. Its season is winter. Its moon phase is the new moon. Within us, it’s the idea. The spark of insight. The vision. Dream. Intuition, or the invisible nudge from deep inside. We can’t see it, touch it, or point to it. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t trust it. Believe. The gifts from the muse can’t be scientifically proven (yet), but they're real. Talk to them. Partner with them. Ask them questions. Trust. They will answer, if you slow down, get quiet, and give them the space to whisper to you.
The Law of Attraction is one of life’s biggest mysteries. Very few people are fully aware of how much of an impact the Law of Attraction has on their day to day life. Whether we are doing it knowingly or unknowingly, every second of our existence, we are acting as human magnets sending out our thoughts and emotions and attracting back more of what we have put out.
In the New Thought philosophy, the Law of Attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. The belief is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from pure energy, and that through the process of like energy attracting like energy a person can improve their own health, wealth, and personal relationships.
As we grow up we make mistakes, we accumulate a lot of guilty and we feel we don’t deserve love, success, money etc. Be aware of your mental conditioning, you will realise the patterns that are pulling you down. Drink the nectar of awareness that comes through meditation practices, and the joy will know no bounds. Your fears cease, confidence rises, your state of mind and intentions are of high quality and so are your actions.
Law of attraction practiced prior to the 1800s. If you are referring to arcane practices in Babylon and Biblical times that we have little knowledge of, I am aware and have looked at these. If there are some specific and relevant references I would be interested in hearing them. As you believe in a LOA, most of what you hear will be filtered through this lens. As I now do not, most of what I hear will be seen through that lens.
So we know energy is the basis of all matter. And energy is boundary-less and can spread throughout the entire universe. So perhaps you see the possibility that our thoughts – which are clearly energy – could interact with other energies in the universe. And if they do this, maybe they can affect the form in which energy comes into being (or manifests) as physical reality.
In fact, I saw this principle proven plain as day when I attended a healing workshop a few years ago. The presenter was going to give an example about healing from cancer, so he asked the audience members with cancer to raise their hands. Literally, 95% of those with cancer were seated next to each other in one long row of chairs. It was obvious to the entire crowd of over 500 people. When the presenter realized the “irony,” he asked if they knew each other. Astoundingly, almost none of them knew each other and that each other had cancer. They had just been drawn together. The negative frequency of cancer attracted more of that. Hello Law of Attraction, right?
The Law of Attraction is not a new phenomenon, the theory behind its teachings has been around for ages. The release of the movie The Secret in 2006, based on Rhonda Byrne's book with the same name, created a media blitz that brought the teachings of the Law of Attraction to new heights, awakening thousands, if not millions, of people to this ancient truth.
An example of a Law of Attraction affirmation that can be adjusted to suit you would be: “I am attracting a better, happier life every day, and I trust the Universe to give me what I need.” To make it even more powerful is to channel your mind on specific elements of the affirmation. For example “I AM attracting a BETTER, happier life every day, and I TRUST the Universe to GIVE ME what I need.”
Skeptical Inquirer magazine criticized the lack of falsifiability and testability of these claims. Critics have asserted that the evidence provided is usually anecdotal and that, because of the self-selecting nature of the positive reports, as well as the subjective nature of any results, these reports are susceptible to confirmation bias and selection bias. Physicist Ali Alousi, for instance, criticized it as unmeasurable and questioned the likelihood that thoughts can affect anything outside the head.
I know our universe is there to guide us through the thick and thins of our lives. Just one year ago 2017 I was petrified at being diagnosed with breast cancer. In 2016 I tried my best to fly to London,to see my family and friends. I would get the the airport and to no avail there were hurricanes that caused flight delays and cancellations, It all seemed that I was never meant to fly in 2016.
This book contained in proven steps and strategies to create positive energy in life using positive thoughts based on the Law of Attraction helps me to create good affirmations in order to continue manifesting anything I require in my life. The Law of Attraction can play a vital role to bring success, fulfillment and contentment in all area of life. It also used in love and relationship,career development, health and well-being and weight loss. People can fight addictions such as drugs, nicotine and alcohol by dint of the Law of Attraction. But the Law of Attraction only works when you are able to consciously clear your mind of all negative thoughts. This book really amazed me by veiling the secret of the Law of Attraction.
It’s difficult to imagine that thoughts and feelings can have an effect on the world around us. Fortunately, advances in technology and science allow us to visibly and immediately experience the effects of our thoughts. Just like watching an apple fall through the air, there are experiments that demonstrate the immediate effects of thoughts and feelings.
Creating a vision board is easy. Go through magazines or search the internet to find images that represent what you want to attract. It doesn’t matter if the images are metaphorical or literal. The important thing is that the images speak to you and connect with your desires. Attach the images to a board and place it in a prominent place where you will look at it every day.
4) No Plan: If the best way for me to achieve my goals is to live as if I’ve already achieved them, then there is no reason to make further plans to do so! Making plans shows the universe that you doubt its ability and lack faith. Doubt is negative and you will then attract more negative and not get your desired item. In the book The Secret, Jack Canfield proposed, “Our job is not to figure out the how.” “…trust that the Universe will figure out how to manifest it.” Studies show that this way of thinking results in greater short term satisfaction, but less motivation and lower chance of achieving goals. Curious that Jack Canfield’s website sells a program to teach you how to make an “Action Plan.”
I was once where you are so I totally get ya’. After suffering from a myriad of challenges from general anxiety about life to Lyme disease, endometriosis and every autoimmune disease under the sun, I ended up on a search for something deeper than a “fix”. I went to many alternative practitioners – but I couldn’t relate to a single one of them. As a very grounded-in-reality person, many were just too ‘woo woo’ for me and I couldn’t integrate their guidance into my very real-life, life. Then I found myself on an adventurous path of emotional healing — using energy therapy. Talk about ‘woo woo’ right? But with it, I learned. I unfolded. I let go.

While you are asleep, the audio relaxes the mind into Theta state. During this time the audio plays subliminal suggestions that serve to remove negative thoughts in this case referred to as abundance blocks. Thereafter you are ready to receive new positive thoughts into your mindt will eventually transform your life.
"It takes roughly three times of repeating the positive ideas to negate the negative thoughts. Try a vision board. List five things you want to focus on this month and constantly repeat them daily like a mantra. For example, my vision board says, 'Money flies at me from all directions.' Sometimes, I get a large-paying client, and sometimes, I simply find a quarter on the street. Point being, money is coming to me from everywhere. After you focus on what you want, you need to keep in that mindset. If you allow any negative thoughts to creep in, you will reverse or negate all the work you just did," Estes recommends.
As previously discussed, The Law Of Attraction and its values have been seen throughout history. And a great many women and men who have left their mark on this world have shown the Law of Attraction to be one of the greatest powers on earth; with many well-loved poets, artists, scientists and great thinkers such as Shakespeare, Blake, Emerson, Newton and Beethoven all conveying this message through their many works.
