I can’t give a definitive answer to the first question. We all experience the world in different ways and hold different perspectives about things and events in the world. We may even hold the same view about something and express in contradicting language. It is up to you to test the law of attraction in the ways described below and see for yourself.
I used to do a lot of work helping people to stop smoking. There are only 2 reasons people don’t stop smoking. One, because they don’t want to (often this is subconscious) Two, because they don’t believe it’s possible. Or they assume it will be incredibly difficult and painful, and they can’t do it without suffering forever. (Again, this is often subconscious and it is a flawed assumption).

If you’re practicing these techniques with something simple, it’s time to take action and expect your results. If you’re using the system to find great parking, get in your car and drive to that parking spot with the full intention and expectation of finding it clear for you. Announce it out loud. “That parking spot is clear for me. I am parking in the spot that is open for me.” Again, we are fully aware that this seems really silly, but it’s a critical step.
If you are in pain, focus on the inch of your body that’s not in pain. If you are broke, hold the dollar in your wallet and focus on that. Start monitoring (not judging, but monitoring) your thoughts. You’ll be blown away by what goes on in your head every day. Stop when you find yourself talking about or thinking about what you don’t want, and immediately start telling yourself what you do want.

Hi Ozzy, it depends. If you are trying too hard and still focussed on the lack of whatever it is you are wanting, then stop. Relax. Know that it’s being taken care of. All you have to do is know that it’s on the way. Don’t think about the technique at all, or worry that it isn’t working. Keep taking small steps toward your goal. Ask yourself, “What can I do today to move me a step closer?” Have faith and it will show up.
People living today have the same access to the original creators' texts online as people in 1880 had in printed books. It's exactly the same material. You're essentially arguing against yourself because asserting that no one knows for sure about it would have to apply to the people in 1880 as well. Your argument is an appeal to ignorance, which is a logical fallacy. The text in the creators' books is precisely the data he's referring to, a intellectual creation that has absolutely no scientific basis.
Develop an unflappable belief. Very likely you haven’t manifested what you desire because deep down you don’t believe that it could be yours. This is absolutely common and there is nothing bad about it. Nevertheless, if you lack the belief that it can be yours then it CANNOT manifest. With your disbelief you block the manifestation. Let’s say that you have a clear vision with strong desire but you don’t believe that it could happen for you. Then what happens is like saying; ‘’Actually, I cannot have it. I don’t believe that it can be mine.” The Universe responds; “so be it”. Why don’t you believe that it can be yours? Dig deep within yourself to find out what you belief is and then work on changing it.
