Enlist others to hold you accountable for what you've committed to do. You've followed all the steps outlined above, so don't keep it to yourself. The more people you've got pulling for you--and keeping you accountable--the better. When you invite team members to hold you accountable, you are giving them a unique opportunity to see your thought process and how you visualize success. Let them know what you're working to attract, and you'll receive the support you need to achieve your next goal.
Try starting with small changes over time so that you don’t feel so overwhelmed and then give up. Life is here to help us grow, improve, learn, experience and most of all love. Hi Ozzy, it depends. If you are trying too hard and still focussed on the lack of whatever it is you are wanting, then stop. Relax. Know that it’s being taken care of. All you have to do is know that it’s on the way. Don’t think about the technique at all, or worry that it isn’t working. Keep taking small steps toward your goal. Ask yourself, “What can I do today to move me a step closer?” Have faith and it will show up.
When you acquire mastery of intention-based manifestation, you won’t require any tools. However, for the purposes of this technique, you’ll need a large mirror, preferably one in which you can see your head and torso, and a small glass of still water. These aren’t especially magical in themselves, but they will receive and reflect the energy of your powerful intention. Have a surface near the mirror on which to place the glass. You will also need pen and paper.
Phrase your desires using positive terms. It’s important to avoid phrases that rely on negative words like “no” or “not” to state what you want, such as “I don’t want to lose my job.” Similarly, include the words for what you want to avoid attracting the wrong thing. For instance, “I don’t want to lose” sends out the word “lose,” while “I want to win” sends out the word “win.”
Instead I have been able to approach life in a different way. Learning to be thankful for the things I keep om receiving everyday, such as: The love of my kids, my friends, the overall experience in my journey and of course I have been throught bad ones and good ones. But all of those experience are an invaluable treasure to me. So dont assume everyone wants to attract the things you mentioned before.

This not only helps release the heavy energy that often keeps us stuck, but at the end of 2 weeks you will notice none of the worries were warranted. Your brain will have proof that worry is a waste of energy.
When I got so sick of being on top of everything that I stopped caring enough to obsess over each disease and symptom I had, stopped taking all my supplements, and stopped doing what felt good to my doctor, but bad for me…I started to attract actual solutions that could help me heal.
